Picture "seats1" and "seats2" are the two worst. I have a couple budies with relatives at machine shops that could help me out if need be. Anyways, I got these heads for $180. IMO zero-deck should be done to any rebuild engine. 9+:1 is the minimum compression for any performance-oriented car with mild cam. It is difficult and expensive to reach higher compression in 302 due to its shallow cylinders.

Early-style heads fetch $150-$300, depending on physical condition and current market conditions, D2OE's seem to fetch $350-$600 based on the same, and D0OE-Rs seem to fetch $600-$1200. $1200 for iron SCJ's depends a lot who needs the heads and for what purpose (such as a show car restoration), current market, etc.
