WebI wouldn't infuse the hammer, no. Some weapons get very good with elemental infusions when you can cast a spell buff on them, but physical damage is always good. Simple rule. Don't infuse if you can't cast a spell buff. Now technically anyone can cast Flame Weapon so sure, infuse if you have it and attune it.
