Webset up a brand new mars 2 pro yesterday that was doing this. ended up having to add 2 small #3 washers to each screw hole (~1mm when stacked) to the limit switch stopper as described in step 3. the vertical part of the limit switch stopper thingy was bent very slightly, maybe a couple of degrees, maybe that was causing the issue.
