Predictably, this ability is not affected by, nor does it trigger the global cooldown . WebNot 5 runes, 2 would be enough to keep the rotation going, given that you regen 3 runes at a time, and, taking the video in consideration, it takes barely more than a gcd to regen a rune. Long story short, not pressing ERW would give you auto attack damage + razorice damage + chance to proc unholy strength.
