You can farm death breaths with your follower wearing the sage set (check your blacksmith) and should have a much easier time filling out your sets. Dupes can be changed to another set item for cheap too, via another recipe. Happy hunting!

If you need death breath it might not be the worst idea to throw a sages set on and go do as many cursed shrine bounties as you can. On T16 you get 18-24 death breath without even having cain's set on.
