Ford mondeo screen wash not working
WebOct 24, 2011 · I found out during the week both of my front and rear windscreen washers not working. At first I thought the reservoir was empty although no warning on the display. I topped the up the water but only dribbles of water came out from the front washers, the rear one is bone dry. The pump sounds healthy by the way. WebDec 15, 2012 · If you push the front windscreen wash/wipe on the stalk, the windscreen wipers do the 3 strokes , but theres no water/ noise from the pump and its the same if you pull the stalk for the rear screen washers . Thinking it must have been the pump I replaced it , but still have no water/noise !

If you can hear the motor, then the pump is fine. 1: The rear jet is totally blocked or frozen. 2: Between the washer pump motor and the washer bottle, there is a rubber seal, with an inbuilt filter, this can become blocked, and cause pressure issues.
