Web10 aug. 2024 · The Humax box does work well overall but I would have the following comments to make: 1. Remote is pretty bad. Buttons are not laid out well, but I have a Harmony remote to sort this out. 2. It feels quite slow to use the menus, and programme guide etc... especially compared to my old Sky box 3. WebAppalling customer service. Re. Order no 146098548. Appalling customer service from Humax. Email not answered. Calls not answered. Ordered Freeview box in January. Went faulty. Returned it and Humax replaced it with box with no remote cables etc. Eventually got them but then second box same fault. Now want refund and everyone ignoring me. Awful.
